Common Requests
Delete local data
Open PlateCue Settings > Privacy > Delete all local data. This does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Manage subscription
Use App Store subscription settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Restore purchases
Open PlateCue Settings > Premium > Restore purchases to ask Apple StoreKit to refresh active entitlements.
What to Include in a Support Message
- The device model and iOS version, if relevant.
- A short description of the issue or request.
- Whether the issue relates to onboarding, photo analysis, correction, saved meals, subscriptions, export, deletion, or policy questions.
- Do not send medical records, sensitive health documents, payment card numbers, passwords, or photos you do not want support staff to see.
